Key Qualifications:
- Active and current SLP-CCC credential required
- Level II Pennsylvania educator certification is a must-have
- Demonstrated experience in school-based and pediatric SLP settings
- Proficient in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and Medicaid documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous healthcare-related SLP experience is an asset
- Clinical Fellowship applicants are not being considered at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services, adapting methods to suit in-person and virtual environments
- Maintain meticulous records and progress documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
