Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience working with students in Grades K-12
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEPs and school-based documentation
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to diverse student populations
• Work directly with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, adapting strategies as appropriate
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each student, including progress monitoring and IEP goals
• Consult regularly with other educators, administrators, and counselors to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise on communication interventions
