Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • SLPs should hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience supporting K-12 students in school settings
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication and language needs
  • Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Provide therapy individually or in small groups, adapting methods to meet diverse student needs
  • Support a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students with a variety of abilities
