Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or related field
  • Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or comfort working in school settings, ideally with students diagnosed with ASD
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to embrace, ABA principles in therapy delivery
  • Ability to develop clear, concise reports and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for student progress and collaboration

Duties:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy for students
  • Collaborate regularly with ABA professionals, teachers, and parents
  • Create and maintain insightful documentation of progress and challenges
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
