Desired Skill Set:
- Valid SLP license (Connecticut or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in schools (K-12, preferred)

Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders in K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on IEPs and student progress
- Serve a district-wide caseload with a variety of speech/language needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, comply with district and federal guidelines
- Participate in ongoing staff meetings and professional development
