Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution (required)
  • Active or eligible state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy to help students meet speech and language goals
  • Accurately document session outcomes and monitor student progress regularly
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and other specialists to deliver cohesive, coordinated care
  • Involve and educate families, supporting them as active participants in the therapy process
