Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution (required)
- Active or eligible state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Provide direct therapy to help students meet speech and language goals
- Accurately document session outcomes and monitor student progress regularly
- Partner with teachers, staff, and other specialists to deliver cohesive, coordinated care
- Involve and educate families, supporting them as active participants in the therapy process
