This contract position is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is eager to support school-aged children. This full-time role, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, will begin as soon as possible and extend through May 28, 2027. Your expertise will help guide students toward achieving their communication goals while working alongside dedicated educators and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to a collaborative and student-focused approach
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage families and educators in supporting student outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in speech and language intervention
