Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Delaware SLP license required
  • Certification as SLP-CCC or completion of CFY accepted
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings preferred
  • Expertise in working with diverse student populations, especially early childhood and elementary ages
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized speech and language therapy
  • Support both preschool and elementary school students with varying communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to meetings as needed
  • Deliver services onsite and/or via teletherapy as appropriate
