Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles) or associate/bachelor’s degree for SLPA
- Valid state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLPA
- Eligibility to work in schools (certification or credentialing requirements as applicable)
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based environments is highly valued
- Ability to provide effective virtual services (teletherapy experience preferred but not required)
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy—on-site or via telepractice—focused on a range of communication disorders
- Document student progress and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
- Supervise and support SLPA team members (if applicable)
