Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles) or associate/bachelor’s degree for SLPA
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLPA
  • Eligibility to work in schools (certification or credentialing requirements as applicable)
  • Experience working in pediatric or school-based environments is highly valued
  • Ability to provide effective virtual services (teletherapy experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong clinical skills in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy—on-site or via telepractice—focused on a range of communication disorders
  • Document student progress and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
  • Supervise and support SLPA team members (if applicable)
