Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Holds current CCC-SLP and/or actively completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • SLPA applicants with school-based experience also encouraged to apply
  • Eligibility for state licensure and necessary credentials for working within educational institutions
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms and delivering virtual services considered a strong asset
  • Ability to adapt assessments and interventions for a school environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop targeted therapy plans
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services tailored to individual and group needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school psychologists to develop and implement IEPs
  • Track student progress and document interventions according to school policy and regulatory standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
  • Provide guidance and resources to families and teachers to support student success
