This full-time, in-person assignment focuses on supporting communication development and directly impacting the lives of students ages 26-27. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
• Deliver direct therapy services to individuals and small groups, targeting IEP goals
• Develop, update, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress reports
• Clearly communicate therapy progress, strategies, and recommendations to educators and families
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate language and communication strategies into daily curriculum
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with local and federal regulations
