Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Eligible for or holding a current state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CFY applicants welcomed and encouraged to apply
  • Clinical experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred (internships/fieldwork accepted)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to determine needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff for integrated student care
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and staff, offering strategies and resources for classroom integration
