Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Eligible for or holding a current state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CFY applicants welcomed and encouraged to apply
- Clinical experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred (internships/fieldwork accepted)
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to determine needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as necessary
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff for integrated student care
- Provide consultative support to teachers and staff, offering strategies and resources for classroom integration
