What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Delaware SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy aligned with students’ IEPs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and carry out targeted treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, administrators, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to help set and achieve student goals
