Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) ready to make an impact supporting elementary, preschool, kindergarten, and secondary students near Wilmington, DE. These contract positions offer a chance to enrich students' lives while working alongside dedicated educational professionals. Both virtual and in-person positions are available, depending on assignment.

Key Opportunities:

  • 2 full-time SLPs for 1st–5th grade (elementary), from August 25, 2026 to November 13, 2026. (Virtual candidates welcome.)
  • 1 full-time SLP for a shared middle/high school caseload (6th–12th grade) from November 6, 2026 to February 17, 2026. (Virtual candidates welcome; this assignment may follow an elementary leave.)
  • 1 full-time SLP for preschool (ages 3–4) from August 25, 2026 to October 16, 2026. (In-person only.)
  • 1 full-time SLP for Kindergarten, primarily supporting students with Autism, from August 25, 2026 to November 13, 2026. (In-person only.)

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current state licensure for SLP (or eligibility) is necessary.
  • Experience with pediatric or school-age populations preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • For virtual roles: Prior teletherapy experience and strong technology skills are ideal.
  • Commitment to fostering communication skills and student progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for assigned student caseload.
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each learner’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
  • Consult with educators and families to support student growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development.
