Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse student population
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with school and state documentation requirements
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide resources and education to staff and families supporting carryover of skills
