Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
  • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with school and state documentation requirements
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide resources and education to staff and families supporting carryover of skills
