You’ll work in a supportive elementary school environment with an inclusion mild/moderate caseload of approximately 40-45 students. The position especially welcomes applications from newer SLPs with a passion for learning and growth, as well as SLPs who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). While the current need is for a credentialed SLP, the team is open to considering SLPAs and Clinical Fellows for future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (state of DE or eligibility for reciprocity)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to SLPAs and CFs for future needs
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services for a caseload of 40-45 elementary students
- Collaborate with special education teams and teachers
- Develop and implement IEP goals
