Speech Language Pathologist in Wilmington, MA

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC–SLP).
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Previous experience working with high school students preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and therapeutic intervention planning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to a high school caseload.
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform goals and strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student achievement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school policies.
• Provide supportive, student-centered interventions, both individually and in groups.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere and adapt practices to diverse learning needs.
