Step into a rewarding opportunity to support elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) covering an FMLA leave for the 2026 fall semester. This role provides vital speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 45-50 students, addressing articulation, language development, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP-CCC credential or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Experience with pediatric caseloads, particularly in school settings
  • Proficiency providing assessments and therapy for students who use AAC
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus, but is not required
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver speech-language interventions for PreK–5th grade students in a supportive elementary school environment
  • Manage a caseload of around 45-50 children with a range of articulation and language needs
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide therapy services tailored to each student, including those utilizing AAC devices
  • Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with school and state requirements
  • Engage in regular progress monitoring and IEP meetings as needed
