Licensed K-5 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Wilmington, North Carolina

This position involves supporting a diverse group of approximately 45 students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Utilizing your expertise as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will collaborate with educators, caregivers, and fellow professionals to foster communication growth and academic success in a supportive setting.

What we’re seeking:

• Current, active SLP license
• Experience with K-5 or elementary-aged students preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a school environment
• Commitment to individualized student progress and documentation

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in small groups, within elementary classrooms
• Monitor progress and maintain precise, timely documentation according to school guidelines
• Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support
• Contribute to IEP meetings and the development of student goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
