Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working closely with elementary students in grades K-5, utilizing your expertise as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time position runs from ASAP through June 4, 2026, providing stability and the chance to make a measurable impact in the lives of young learners. You’ll be responsible for a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, collaborating with teachers and caregivers to deliver outstanding communication support.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with elementary school-aged children (grades K-5) preferred
  • Thorough understanding of speech and language assessment, IEP development, and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse students, parents, and school staff
  • Ability to organize and manage a caseload effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for identified students
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload
  • Provide direct therapy, both individual and group, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
  • Monitor student progress and regularly document results
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Support teachers by providing resources and strategies to integrate speech and language goals in the classroom
