This position involves supporting a diverse group of approximately 45 students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Utilizing your expertise as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will collaborate with educators, caregivers, and fellow professionals to foster communication growth and academic success in a supportive setting.
What we’re seeking:
- Current, active SLP license
- Experience with K-5 or elementary-aged students preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a school environment
- Commitment to individualized student progress and documentation
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in small groups, within elementary classrooms
- Monitor progress and maintain precise, timely documentation according to school guidelines
- Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Contribute to IEP meetings and the development of student goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
