Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Experience working with elementary-age students strongly preferred
- Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an educational team
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Deliver therapy services to elementary students in accordance with established IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based services
