School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Wilmington, Vermont

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY accepted)
• Experience working with elementary-age students strongly preferred
• Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of an educational team
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Deliver therapy services to elementary students in accordance with established IEPs
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based services
