We welcome candidates who are SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or possess school-based SLP expertise, and will also consider a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or provisional license for Speech-Language Pathology in Indiana (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) applicants also encouraged
  • Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, but dedicated new graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
  • Document and maintain thorough records of student assessment and treatment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
