School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Winamac, Indiana

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in schools is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct speech therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other support professionals to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Advocate for student success in all areas of school life
