This full-time position offers 35 hours per week for the 26-27 school year, providing a dynamic setting to support students’ communication growth and success. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentialed SLPs are encouraged to apply, with tailored support available based on your experience level.
Qualifications:
- Possession of, or eligibility for, state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Open to SLPs holding CCC or those in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous school-based experience or a strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams and families
- Deliver group and individual therapy sessions targeting speech, language, fluency, and social communication
- Maintain documentation in line with district and state standards
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to foster inclusive learning environments
- Participate actively in IEP, team, and staff meetings as part of an engaged school community
