Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certification through ASHA (CCC preferred)
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support and develop resources for staff and families
