Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Winchester, Tennessee

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position through the end of the school year in a K-12 school setting located near Winchester, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to work with pediatric students while contributing to their communication development and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in developing and writing IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Experience or credentialing in school-based speech-language pathology or pediatric practice preferred
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or current CFY eligibility in school settings
• Knowledge of school regulations and ability to navigate IEP processes effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work within a multidisciplinary team

Location and Duration:

• Position available now through the end of the current school year
• Located approximately one hour from Chattanooga, TN, and Murfreesboro, TN (which is 45 minutes from Nashville)
• Contract assignment covering a full academic semester
