Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in pediatric speech and language therapy, especially within school or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills for collaborating with educational teams and families
- Familiarity with assessment tools and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across grade levels
- Attend IEP meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with educators and families
- Help develop, write, and review IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
