Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to working onsite within school environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and progress monitoring for students with diverse speech/language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators on students’ communication goals and progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in accordance with district and state requirements
• Provide guidance and education regarding speech/language development to school staff and families
