Step into a rewarding role supporting student communication skills in a vibrant school community! We're seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality pull-out speech therapy services for general education students. Your expertise will help young learners develop vital language and articulation abilities, making a lasting impact throughout the academic year.

The opportunity begins with the first teacher workday on July 28, and the start of the school year on August 5. There is flexibility regarding the contract end date, with possibilities to extend coverage through May 2027 for the right fit. You’ll work 30 to 40 hours per week, managing a caseload of 35 to 45 students—all in a collaborative environment with fellow educators and supportive staff.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Current state SLP license (ASHA certification preferred)
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy in school settings
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation habits
  • Exceptional communication skills for working with teachers and parents
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Ability to deliver effective, individualized interventions in pull-out formats

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students and provide individualized, evidence-based speech/language therapy
  • Collaborate with general education staff to support students’ academic and social success
  • Develop and maintain progress reports and therapeutic documentation
  • Communicate therapy goals and progress to parents and key team members
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing interdisciplinary collaboration
