Key Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide both direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress and educational outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and document all services provided according to regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and participation
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed
