Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide both direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress and educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and document all services provided according to regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and participation
- Evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed
