In this dynamic, full-time contract position located near Windsor, CO, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to deliver impactful speech and language services.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A current Colorado Department of Education license and SLP license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings
  • Knowledge of IEP development and compliance
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and progress monitoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • The drive to foster student participation, self-advocacy, and communication independence

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Providing individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to develop supportive strategies
  • Participating in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and eligibility determinations
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting for student records
  • Supporting a nurturing, inclusive environment where all students can thrive
