Expand your clinical expertise while supporting students in grades 6, 7, 8, and within the transition population (12+). Consistent, set workdays empower you to build impactful relationships with students and staff, while regular participation in PPT meetings ensures you play a key role in each student's progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Connecticut
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy for middle school and transition-age students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings on assigned workdays
  • Document student progress and maintain all required records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff and families
