Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold (or be eligible for) state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong clinical fellowship candidates considered
  • Prior experience in a public-school setting preferred, especially at the elementary level
  • Ability to create IEPs, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and maintain strong communication with families and staff
  • Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability for a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to facilitate student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the school community
  • Support families with resources and updates on student development
