Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold (or be eligible for) state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong clinical fellowship candidates considered
- Prior experience in a public-school setting preferred, especially at the elementary level
- Ability to create IEPs, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and maintain strong communication with families and staff
- Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability for a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to facilitate student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the school community
