Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • SLP-CCC certification
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Comfortable working independently—no CF or SLPA support required
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on mild to moderate needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services according to student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and annual reviews
