Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- SLP-CCC certification
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently—no CF or SLPA support required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on mild to moderate needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services according to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and annual reviews
