Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (state eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Ability to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEPs
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students in reaching their social, communicative, and academic goals
