Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) through ASHA
- Eligible for appropriate state licensure and credentials to work in educational settings
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working both onsite and remotely
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population, including assessments, individualized intervention, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success and IEP goals
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Conduct therapy sessions both in-person (1 day/week) and virtually (3 days/week)
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Provide education and resources to staff and families to foster inclusive environments
Role Details & Benefits:
