Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) through ASHA
  • Eligible for appropriate state licensure and credentials to work in educational settings
  • Experience in school-based therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working both onsite and remotely

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population, including assessments, individualized intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success and IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Conduct therapy sessions both in-person (1 day/week) and virtually (3 days/week)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
  • Provide education and resources to staff and families to foster inclusive environments

Role Details & Benefits:

  • Commitment is .75 FTE, equating to 28 hours per week
