Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
  • Prior experience in pediatrics, school, or healthcare settings
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate records for student progress and compliance requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
