Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Prior experience in pediatrics, school, or healthcare settings
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records for student progress and compliance requirements
- Consult and collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
