Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Winlock, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in school settings and collaborating with education teams is highly valued
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs), speech therapy assessments, and pediatric interventions
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students ranging from preschool to high school
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy focused on individualized student needs
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with district policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and progress reports
• Implement evidence-based practices for school-aged children across diverse abilities
