School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Winlock, Washington

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs. Your expertise will guide students toward progress as you deliver engaging therapy sessions, monitor growth, and maintain thorough documentation.

Working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll facilitate coordinated care and involve families every step of the way. Sharing your knowledge with parents and caregivers is integral to supporting student success both in and beyond the classroom.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Demonstrated skill in working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations (preferred)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

You must also have an active license approved by the respective State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and either possess or be in the process of obtaining your Master’s degree or higher.
