What we’re looking for:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
- SLP-CCC certification
- Previous experience supporting elementary and/or middle school caseloads
- Onsite availability; remote or virtual assignments are not available
- Commitment to a full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in elementary and middle school
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Support students in achieving measurable progress toward academic and communication goals
