What we’re looking for:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
• SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience supporting elementary and/or middle school caseloads
• Onsite availability; remote or virtual assignments are not available
• Commitment to a full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in elementary and middle school
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Support students in achieving measurable progress toward academic and communication goals
