Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary school setting during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity serves Early Childhood through 4th-grade students with a manageable caseload of approximately 58 students and follows a 3:1 service delivery model, allowing time for direct therapy, collaboration, documentation, and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning.


Position Details

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • August 17, 2026 – May 28, 2027
  • Early Childhood and 1st–4th Grade population
  • Caseload of approximately 58 students
  • 3:1 service delivery model
  • Supportive school environment with collaborative staff

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure and appropriate credentials
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates may be considered)
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
