Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school setting? We’re seeking a dedicated SLP to join a collaborative team and help students thrive academically and socially across early childhood and elementary levels.

Position Overview

Start Date: August 17, 2026
End Date: May 28, 2027
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Student Population: Early Childhood + 1st–4th Grade
Caseload: Approximately 58 students
Service Model: 3:1 (three weeks of direct service, one week of indirect services)


What You’ll Do

Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Conduct evaluations and maintain timely, compliant documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Use evidence-based practices to support communication development


What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible SLP licensure and certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A passion for helping children reach their full potential

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
