Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 58 early childhood and 1st-4th grade students
  • Utilize the 3:1 service delivery model (three weeks of direct intervention, one week for indirect services/planning)
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
  • Develop and implement targeted treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
  • Ability to adapt to diverse educational environments and student needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
