This position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking a contract role within an elementary school setting in Winston, OR. With three openings available, the assignment runs from August 17, 2026, through June 11, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. This opportunity serves an elementary school caseload of approximately 50 students, focusing on speech and language support for young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Manage a caseload of 50 students with varying speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document therapy plans and student outcomes consistently
  • Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations for student communication development

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure or clinical certification
  • Experience or willingness to work with elementary school populations
  • Open to and supportive of supervising Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and reporting requirements
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with school personnel and families
