Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Manage a caseload of 50 students with varying speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document therapy plans and student outcomes consistently
- Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations for student communication development
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure or clinical certification
- Experience or willingness to work with elementary school populations
- Open to and supportive of supervising Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and reporting requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with school personnel and families
