Key Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Previous experience working in a K–12 school environment preferred
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Proficient in virtual therapy delivery platforms and technology
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach when working with students and families

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans consistent with educational goals
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms
  • Regularly monitor student progress and update goals as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student growth
  • Maintain accurate records, document services, and participate in IEP meetings as required
