Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in North Carolina
• Prior experience working in K-12 schools preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate regularly with families, teachers, and administrators
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress reports, and ongoing assessments
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and participation
