Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school or teletherapy settings
- Strong knowledge of SLP principles relating to education and healthcare
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct intervention sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to optimize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of reports
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and ongoing professional development
