Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license
  • SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply where supervision is available
  • Previous school-based experience highly preferred
  • Expertise in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for elementary-aged students
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services based on student needs
  • Collaborate with educators to support communication goals within the classroom setting
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students' communication needs
  • Partner with families to ensure continuity of support and progress
