Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for North Carolina (or eligible for reciprocity)
  • ASHA CCC preferred; strong candidates completing their CFY also welcomed
  • Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy services to students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school teams on IEP development and implementation
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with all school and state regulations
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings, offering input for student success
