What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid professional licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school-based settings is highly valued, but candidates with strong clinical skills will also be considered
  • Comfortable with full-time on-site work
  • Readiness to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including a thorough two-part onboarding process
  • Flexibility regarding school assignments and caseload details, which will be finalized closer to the start date
  • Strong desire to support diverse student populations across varying age groups

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as assigned
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school and district requirements
  • Participate in school meetings, assessments, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
