Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Winter Garden, FL

What you’ll bring:

• Current professional license in Speech Language Pathology
• Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued, though not required
• Ability to work collaboratively with another SLP and a supportive team
• Commitment to supporting PreK-aged children in their speech and language development
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Readiness to complete district-specific two-part credentialing efficiently

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services to PreK students
• Develop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals in coordination with educators and families
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation per district standards
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to schoolwide initiatives
• Engage in ongoing communication with families, staff, and support services
