Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and partner effectively with other professionals
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect students’ goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Monitor, assess, and carefully document student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, family members, and an interdisciplinary team to maximize student success
- Educate and support families to ensure carryover of skills beyond the therapy setting
