The role requires a commitment of 183 workdays, aligned with the school calendar, offering up to 8 hours per day of in-person services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based intervention techniques
  • Comfort with individualized education plans (IEPs) and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and school teams
  • Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Participate in eligibility, progress, and transition meetings throughout the academic year
