In this role, you’ll enjoy competitive pay: SLPs can expect between $40-$55 per hour, while SLPAs will earn $35-$45 per hour.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or Associate’s degree (as applicable) in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure and necessary certifications for assigned role (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLPA)
• Experience in school-based or healthcare settings, or teletherapy a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, adapt to dynamic needs, and manage diverse caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Collect data, monitor progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
